How can i get live(or even slightly delayed) stock quotes from yahoo finance in a spread sheet .?

i want to make my spread sheet live , with the stock tickers of Indian stocks and use historic price data like 52w highs/lows

1. go to yahoo finance then click on tab that says portfolios and create your portfolios
