How can I invest in a Turkish Stock market index fund.?

I've been looking at the ISE National Index, and I would like to invest in a Mutual Fund that follows it closely. Preferably an Index fund if one exists. I'd like one through a reputable American company if possible.

1. TUR is the ETF for Turkey... That's the extent of my emerging market knowledge.
2. Isbank is the largest bank in Turkey and is the only one ranking in top 100 according to the Banker magazine. It has a lot of funds that sweep the ISE and certain indices according to their type. Look for Akbank, Garanti, Ziraat Bankasi, Fortis Turkey, ING Turkey, Denizbank Dexia, Finansbank. I hope it is helpful.
