Are there charts available for NSE stocks that are adjusted for bonuses?

I have been looking for charts of stocks that are traded on NSE that has information about stock prices adjusted for bonus and dividends. The only chart that came close to what I was looking for was that of yahoo finance but this does not have information when bonuses were given out. The charts have to have information for the last 5 years.

1. That's personal information which you can find in the annual report of each seperate corporation. Don't expect to find a chart detailing it. You're going to have to dig for it.
