Which number indicates the share price on a stock chart?

Citigroup' s stock chart for instance. Is the share $3.00. or 3 points. What unit do they use. What does the green line represent. Is there any website that would give a comprehensive description of a stock chart?

1. $3 is 3 points. I'm not sure about the green line because you don't provide a link to the chart you're talking about. Many daily charts put a line accross at the level of the previous day's close.
