For the past 3 months the price has been changing daily but all of a sudden for the past 3 days the price remained static. What does this indicate? Should I sell now though I am gonna make a loss or should I wait. Does anyone know any sources that can improve my stock trading knowledge as I want to be buying and selling stock obviously at a profit.

Do Share prices and Stock prices reflect the performance of the company? Hi everyone! I just need to know whether the share or stock prices can be related to the way the organisation is performing. If it increases, does that reflect that the management of the company is doing a good job in keeping its workers motivated and that if it lowers, it reflects that the managment is doing a poor job in keeping the company's performance up to standard? In addition, are stock and share prices related? and which reflects the company's performance?
Why do stock share values fluctuate after companies go out of business? If you look at marketwatch and look at the charts for Lehman Brothers and even Enron, they fluctuate some. Lehman Brothers is currently at 8 cents a share and about a month ago, it briefly jumped to 73 cents a share. Enron has been to 2 cents a share this year. If they go out of business, than why do they even have a ticker, and what makes them fluctuate? Sure its pretty much a negligible amount but it really doesnt make sense.

Why do stock share prices jump between days? To clarify, when a market opens for trading in the morning, why do many stock prices immediately begin trading at a price radically different than the one closed at on the previous trading day, rather than the same price? ex: AAPL closed yesterday at 268.3 and opened today at 263.53, what accounts for the difference? It seemed to make sense that this would happen just because trading doesn't occur 24/7, but I wanted to be sure.
Every time you sell a share of stock does the company buy it back? When you go to sell a share of stock you own, does it get purchased by the company, and is the "market maker" the middle-man in this process (to take a tip)??? Thanks. Does a company determine a cap for what portion will be owned by shareholders? Is there a limit to the number of shares one can buy? I'm asking more conceptually than practically (e.g. I realize some funds have top and bottom limits.). Also, I'm most interested in smallcap stocks, for argument's sake. Let's say I buy 500 stocks in a company with a market capitalization of $1 million. If each stock is $10, what exactly am I buying?
